ECG’s can look quite complicated when you’re not sure how to interpret them but once you have yourself equipped with a few basic principles you can often determine what most abnormalities are. In this session we will look at the most common ECG traces you may come across during anaesthesia and with our emergency patients and what might be causing these. We will also have a practical element session with different stations looking at example ECG’s and talking through them in groups together, which will hopefully help you back in practice when using your multi-parameter machine .
