Veterinary nurses have a high level of expertise in the areas of assessing for general health and disseminating preventative health advice. They are perfectly suited and pivotal for a range of consultations.
This comprehensive module program is designed to maximise the potential for veterinary nurse in consultations. It uses a combination of interactive learning, to provide veterinary nurse with the knowledge and skills, to confidential set up, run and promote nurse consultations and preventative health advice. A full range of nurse consultations will be covered.
Each delegate will be taught the knowledge and learn the skills to effectively detect and confidently refer patients for vet consultations, ensuring the client is successfully communicated/interacted and educated throughout the process.
Online activities (including quizzes and case studies) will support your learning and
discussions on the online forum will be encouraged. We also provide additional resources to
complement the course - the ‘BSAVA Bonus Bits’. These will include congress podcast
