This course will also host the BSAVA Southern Annual Regional Meeting
Pruritus is one of the most common and yet frustrating conditions faced by vets in primary care practice. This evening lecture will discuss how the investigation and therapy of the allergic dog can be undertaken successfully with a low cost budget.
- learn the most important differential diagnoses for pruritus in the dog.
- learn how to make a diagnosis of canine atopic dermatitis.
- learn the difference between foundation and supplementary therapy in allergic skin disease
- appreciate how to put together a low cost treatment regime for an owner on a limited budget
