Helen Field - Minutes Secretary

The role of the Scientific Committee is to provide the Association and its members with advice and information on matters of a scientific nature. The committee responds to specific professional and legislative matters as they arise, and works to prospectively identify potential issues of scientific importance to companion animals. Where appropriate it is within the remit of the committee to instigate surveys and projects on small animal disease.

The committee provides a link between the Association and its affiliated groups and works with the Association’s Public Relations Officer to address issues of public importance.
