Delegates can register for Congress 2012 in a number of ways:

Registration documents will be mailed until

• International delegates - last mailing date: 9 March 2012
• European delegates - last mailing date: 16 March 2012
• UK delegates - last mailing date: 3 April 2012

After these dates documents will await your collection at Congress from the registration area in the NIA. You will be supplied with a code to retrieve your documents.

The Congress Office at BSAVA Woodrow House will close on Thursday 5 April and will reopen Tuesday 10 April at the National Indoor Arena (NIA) in Birmingham, UK. In a change to previous years the registration area will be moving to the NIA Box Office on the Concourse.

Delegates can register throughout Congress at the Registration Desk, which is situated in the NIA. Note that the peak time for registration is Thursday morning and time should be allowed for the registration process. Registration at Congress will incur a surcharge.

Non-members are welcome at Congress. They should note, however, that it is cheaper to join the BSAVA and pay the member’s Congress registration rate than pay the non-member’s rate. Membership details are available online.

Tickets may be bought when registering in advance but may also be obtained at the Registration Desk during Congress, subject to availability.

The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract and our terms and conditions take precedence over those of any other organisation in every case.

All payments must be in pounds sterling. Payment in Euros – please contact congress@bsava.com.

• Payment for Congress must be received at the time of booking; we will not be able to guarantee you a place unless payment has been made.
• Cancellations must be received in writing (letter or email) and will be acknowledged in writing.
• If you cancel your booking, the BSAVA will refund 80% of the booking fees paid by you before 18 March 2012, 50% between 18 March and 1 April 2012. The BSAVA will not refund any booking fees after 2 April 2012.
• The delegate badge provided is not transferable.

Disclaimers

• Whilst the programme is correct at the time of going to press, the BSAVA reserve the right to change details of the event without notice. Alterations may occasionally be necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
• The BSAVA cannot guarantee entry into any lecture. All seats in the lecture theatres are allocated on a first come first served basis.
• Where circumstances force the BSAVA to cancel a Congress or any part thereof, the liability of the BSAVA shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for that particular Congress or part thereof. The BSAVA is not liable for any losses, damages including any loss of profits, loss of management time, loss of opportunity and/or consequential loss.
• Views expressed by speakers are their own. The BSAVA disclaim any liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the event or in any documentation provided to delegates.
• Please note that for promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the event.

If you are unable to use the online booking system, or prefer to use an offline method, please use one of the two forms below.

• Use the member's form if you are currently a member, or wish to become a BSAVA member at the same time as registering for Congress.
• Use the non-member's form if you intend to come to Congress as a non-member.

Once downloaded the form can be completed on your computer. The form will save the information that you enter into it and also calculate how much your registration will cost. Once you have completed the form it will prompt you to save it so that none of your information is lost. Your completed form should be emailed back to administration@bsava.com.

Alternatively you can also print the form, complete it manually and post it back to the address at the bottom of this page.

Please note: Completed forms must be received (either by post or email) at Woodrow House before the Early Bird Deadline of 11 January 2011 to qualify for the discounted rate.
