The RCVS/VMD session entitled, 'an inspector calls' took place at BSAVA Congress on Saturday 4 April 2009 in Hall 6, ICC, Birmingham , UK.

Whether you are in the Practice Standards Scheme or not, the question was posed as to whether or not you were ready? The session itself was interactive, offering practical guidance on how to comply with the PSS and with the Veterinary Medicines Directorate's registration requirements. The session was suitable for veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses and practice managers and session recordings are available below to BSAVA members and visitors to this site:
