More than one delegate is classed as a group registration. In order to register for a group registration, you will need to complete the online form below. The person who completes the form will be nominated as the main contact person for this registration and all correspondence and tickets will be sent to this contact. Once your form is submitted you will receive a confirmation email.  An invoice will be raised for payment and this will be sent to the email address provided for payment. Once we have received payment we will despatch the delegate packs to the address provided.

• Vet Practice Badges may only be purchased by a member of the BSAVA. A Vet Practice Badge allows one veterinary surgeon to attend Congress each day.
• Nurse practice badges allow one veterinary nurse from the practice to attend Congress each day. This provides access to nursing streams only.

Please note:

• Badges are the property of the BSAVA and are only valid for the person named on the badge.
• If a badge is used by a person other than the named delegate, the badge will be confiscated.
• Delegates will be scanned into all lecture.
