The main deadline for approving and paying for your voucher is 13 January 2010. However, vouchers approved and paid for by 24 December 2009 will receive a discounted rate!

Exhibition Vouchers is the new title for the Congress Specials publication, introduced in 2009. Building on from the success of last year, exhibitors will again be able to market themselves using this cost-effective and environmentally friendly method.  We’ve listened to your feedback and are giving the booklet a new look, deeper perforations, and increasing delegate awareness of it prior to Congress.  Delegates will receive a copy when collecting their Congress bags, and our staff members will be telling them about it on the BSAVA Balcony too.

The success of BSAVA Congress can only be maintained through a careful balance of all of its component parts. For this reason the BSAVA has developed a series of guidelines available within the Exhibitors Code of Conduct.

Guidelines include information on banners over stands, consideration of fellow exhibitors, exhibitor badges and lecture bags, good exhibition practice, leafleting, manning of stands during exhibition opening hours, live animals and policy statements.
