Animal Welfare CPD

The Jeanne Marchig International Centre for Animal Welfare Education at The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies is organising a two day Animal Welfare and Behaviour CPD event for Veterinary Nurse trainers and lecturers on the 13th and 14th June 2016.
Course aims
To share best practice strategies on improving animal welfare, improving welfare and behaviour training to student VNs, and to create a network for VN trainers to become involved in. The course will:
Be taught by industry experts from R(D)SVS and Scotland’s Rural College
Be informative and interactive with lectures, group discussions and question times
Be open to all professionals involved in VN training or interested in learning more about animal behaviour and welfare
Have a very reasonable entry fee of &£55 (which includes lunch) for the two days
