Stress management is now a legal health and safety requirement and a happy, healthy workforce is essential for successful business as well as helping to recruit and retain a top team. These awards will turn the spotlight on practices where wellbeing is valued and provide a platform for them to share what they are doing well with other owners and managers.
The awards website includes a wellbeing checklist to help owners and managers see how good they already and pick up some tips on other things they might do to motivate and engage their staff and make their practice a better place to work.
Closing date for entries is 30th September 2016. Winners will be announced in November and winners presented with their prizes at VPMA/SPVS Congress 2017.
