Is what we perceive as modern wound management actually just repackaging of methods that have been tested by time? What in our past are we likely to rediscover for the future? (Maggots, leaches, silver, urine!)
In this evening course with Georgie, we will discuss the old and the new, some of the science behind modern wound dressings and technologies. Products for debridement, optimisation of cellular activity and synthetic substitutes will be discussed.
