The Articles of Association, are the regulations governing the relationships between the stakeholders of the Association, and are a requirement for the establishment of a company under the law of the United Kingdom and many other countries. The Articles of Association form the constitution of a company. They are built on the foundations of the BSAVA’s mission statement, which is to promote high scientific and educational standards of small animal medicine and surgery in practice, teaching and research.
