Make a Difference - Get Involved

BSAVA regions are always looking for fresh faces to assume positions within regional committees. Committee members generate course and stream ideas, including how and where they are delivered. Getting involved gives you the capability to shape regional CPD and meet new people. Should you wish to express an interest in becoming more involved, please contact the BSAVA Customer Services Department, telephone +44 (0)1452 726700, email administration@bsava.com.

BSAVA courses in your region

Throughout the year BSAVA regional committees organise courses which are aimed at the veterinary practitioner looking to update their current knowledge and techniques, as well as those who are studying towards various veterinary certificates. Many of our overseas speakers travel to the regions for one day meetings, allowing veterinary surgeons, nurses and the whole veterinary practice team an added opportunity for continuing education.

In answer to demand, many courses adopt a 'problem orientated' approach with appropriate hypothetical and actual cases and discussions to consolidate the theory learned. In addition, where possible we add a practical component to each course.
