Only Men Aloud

The musical treat of the evening comes in the form of 20 talented young men from South Wales.

Only Men Aloud was created to inject some new blood into the Male Welsh Choir tradition. In 2008 they were voted the best choir in the UK on BBC1’s ‘Last Choir Standing’.

The choir signed a multi-album record deal, won a NS&I classical Brit Award, and as well as their sell out tours, they’ve also performed for Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace and The Royal Variety Show.

Their sound is deeply rooted in tradition, yet they manage to make the traditional very contemporary with their vibrant performances. This is not a choir that simply stands in rows to belt out standards – they make clever musical choices and put on a superb show.

Visit the OMA website to find out more about their tours and latest album.

Hot Jazz Biscuits

Joining Only Men Aloud as part of Wednesday evening’s entertainment is the Hot Jazz Biscuits. The group performs enthusiastic and uplifting covers of a wide variety of musical styles, including jazz, Motown, soul, disco and pop.

This is going to be a really lovely evening of fun, fabulous food and great entertainment. Tickets cost just £20 for the whole evening, including food, and can be bought alongside your registration, or separately.
