The poster should be on display outside Hall 3 (foyer) by Thursday 12^th April 12:00 and is not to be removed before 18:00 Saturday 14^th April.

 

There will be a reception on Saturday 14^th April at 15:55 – 16:50 where you are expected to be in attendance to answer any questions with regards to your abstract.

 

Please take note of the following important points:

·         Dimensions of 0.90 meters (width) and 1.30 meters (height)

 

·         The poster must contain title, authors, affiliations, short abstract, introduction, objectives, materials and methods, ethical approval (where appropriate), results, discussion, conclusions and references. The figures, tables, etc. must be presented in a suitable size, and the poster must be written in English. 

 

·         Posters should be mounted on the poster boards supplied by the BSAVA using self adhesive “Velcro” strips supplied by you. 

Under no circumstances should posters be mounted with selotape,  pins, staples or similar sharp mounts.

Poster presenters are responsible to the ICC for any damage caused by their mountings to the poster boards.’

·         You will be responsible for displaying and removing posters.
