| Please note: any exhibitor taking a Space Only stand is totally responsible for the provision and construction of their stand and has a commitment to undertake sponsorship. Requests for these Space Only stand sizes will be considered by the BSAVA upon application as to whether or not there is enough space to allow them, whilst remaining compliant with Health & Safety regulations, and fairness to the Shell Scheme exhibitors. All Space Only Exhibitors must pay the appropriate sponsorship fee. Money pledged can be used to purchase sponsorship and marketing opportunities. |

| Multiple Shell Scheme Stands |

Shell Scheme Exhibitors may book a maximum of two Shell Scheme stands under one contract. Exhibitors wishing to book two Shell Scheme stands must notify the BSAVA upon application. A compulsory sponsorship fee of £222/m² (ex. VAT) will be applied to the second smaller stand - reduced by 35%. For example, if a full price size 5 and size 3 Arena stands are booked by the same company, the cost will be:
Size 5 stand (10 m²): £5,940.00 + VAT
Size 3 stand (6 m²): £3,564.00 + VAT
Sponsorship (£222 x 6 plus VAT): £1,332.00 + VAT
Total £10,836.00 + VAT
Sponsorship money can be used to purchase sponsorship and marketing opportunities, which will be confirmed in the Congress Sponsorship Pack. Multiple Shell Scheme sponsors will be asked their preference of where they would like to be situated; although the loyalty factor will be taken into account, a specific location cannot be guaranteed. The BSAVA will locate both stands together, either adjacent or opposite one another. Please note: if choosing to be located next to each other, the BSAVA will not remove or permit removal of the dividing wall to create a larger space.

Same Footprint Stands

We would like to offer you and a partner company the opportunity to have two stands on one footprint. We wish to assist smaller companies who want to pool resources by being situated next to each other.
The combined size of the two stands can be no bigger than a Size 5 stand (10 m2)
e.g. 2 x Size 1 stands (6 m2)
2 x Size 2 stands (8 m2)
1 x Size 2 stand and 1 x Size 3 stand (10 m2)
There would be no dividing wall between the stands and both companies must be contracted and invoiced separately. Unlike when booking multiple Shell Scheme stands, you will be unable to choose the position of your stand and it would be allocated via the Stand Draw. There would be no minimum sponsorship commitment for sharing a footprint. Both companies would still pay the normal costs and would be marketed separately. If one of the companies withdraws, the remaining company would get choice of retaining the whole stand or a dividing wall would be reinstated and the empty stand reallocated. Stand sharing with another external company, who is not contracted, is prohibited and companies may be asked to leave.
