If you are registered to attend lectures you are provided with a complimentary lunch bag each day you are registered along with some delicious extra treats. You can relax with friends over an unlimited amount of teas and coffees in the main Exhibition and on the Concourse. Don’t forget to pick up your free daily lunch bag from the catering points on the Arena Floor or the one on the Concourse. The complimentary ice creams and smoothies are also located on the Concourse.

Q. Do I get free refreshments and lunch?
A.  All registered delegates (including those with Exhibition Only Pass) are entitled to the complimentary refreshments and free lunch bag.

Q. What is a lunch bag?
A.  A lunch bag contains a sandwich or wrap of your choice from three delicious fillings, a packet of crisps, a chocolate bar and a drink. Fruit will also be available from all three catering points.

Q. Where can I eat my lunch?
A. There is a lot of seating areas in the NIA including lots of seating around the Concourse.

Q. I used my complimentary voucher for an ice cream/smoothie but I want another. Can I buy one?
A. Yes - you can buy ice creams or smoothies directly from the outlets.
